I have seen experimental s/w that takes camera feed from three (or more)
cameras and produces 3D views from WHEREVER you want! In other words
the viewer can fly around the scene at will.

It gets better: each camera is a fish-eye lens, so it can be embedded in
the wall (or brick) and does not have little motors to wear out, and it
makes them darn near invisible!

It'd be cool at a golf course: 'let's take a look at your swing on the
5th hole!-)' ;-)
