BB makes Netflix look like the greatest service in the world. I tried
them for a month and they were absolutely awful. I don't think one time
did they ever send the top movie in my queue despite it being
"available now." I had 8 movies in my queue for a week with NOTHING
sent out and I finally asked them why and they said "because you should
have 30 in your queue." I asked what does it matter if I have 3 or 300
if they all say "available now" then I should be sent movies." They
just agreed and that was that. Besides sending movies out of order in
my queue (I don't know why you wouldn't even have your number one
choice at the top since they don't send them in that order), they would
send part 2 or 3 of a series before part 1 (something Netflix also
does).

Even when I canceled they gave me the "you should have at least 30
movies in you queue" speil, and I told them my entire month I had
numerous movies available that were never sent and probably half the
month I wasn't sent anything. The only thing BB has over netflix: two
free in store coupons if you want to brave your local BB store and the
fact their customer service usually returns answers within two days,
something Netflix hardly does at all.
