Total Recorder is an excellent program that can do this much and much
more, for example record anything that goes through your sound card,
including sound tracks of DVDs, Internet Radio etc.

However, if anyone knows of a tag editor that can automatically insert
repeated information, I would like to know about it. For example, if I
have 20 tracks to tag, it would be helpful not to have to keep retyping
the album and artist names.
