Hi P.C.

I don't know if you are looking for yearly coverage or just for a
specific event. Last time I looked into this you can get full
coverage, including liability for a fairly reasonable price through
WEVA but you have to take out a membership with them also.
Short of that I have not found very many insurance companies that deal
in this type of coverage in my area and I am in the Greater S.F. Bay
Area.
