Didn't you ask about this a year or so ago ?

It seems to me that a fundamental question for you to answer would be, "Why
do I want to be involved with this project" ? Revenge ? Money ?
Idealistic altruism ?

In my book, money would be the only valid reason, and for me to take a
project where the possibility of geting sued was high, there would have to
be enough money there to cover all the possible downside. Anything less
just doesn't make sense.
