I may not be on the correct forum to ask this question. If not, can someone
please point me in the right direction? ... Thanks
I'm setting up a clickable web page for each album and want to automatically
stream all the mp3's contained on that Album from my web site. (I have
permission to do this from the Artist) Have the music start when the page
is opened and continue until all the songs have played. There will be links
to other albums.
I have accomplished this with one album by making each mp3 into a video file
with windows movie maker using a blank background ... then converting the
movie file to a .swf file. With this method, I can point the end of each
audio file to the html page for next one and have it appear that you've
never left the page. This works great, BUT, is horribly time consuming with
all the converting ... writing, separate html pages for each song, etc.
So what I"m asking ... Is there a way to do the same thing with an mp3 file
(instead of the .swf) and have it stream instead of making the listener
wait for an mp3 player connection and be pulled from the current web page
onto a player page to actually hear the file?
Thanks so much to anyone who can give me some ideas on how to do this.
