Good to hear someone's having some success with them. I'll admit that
I have generally negative feelings toward UPS; had a problem with a
driver a while back, who had an unfortunate habit of forging my
signature and just leaving packages sitting on my doorstep - which
happens to be in the middle of the lobby of my apartment building.
Several packages (including a couple hundred dollars' worth of leather
jacket) just wandered away between the time I supposedly signed for
them and the time I actually got home.

But it's more than just that - I've had no end of trouble geting them
to find my correct address, and even less luck getting them to deliver
to my office. Most of the time I get stuck getting a package via
Brown, I end up driving out to the central shopping center in Los
Angeles in the late even or the very early morning, picking up whatever
it is just before it's due to be returned to sender.
