There are a couple of new hard-to-remove variants doing the rounds that
i've heard of...

Try searching for "java52e.dll" and "jupt.exe" - if you have neither be
thankful ! :-}

Do you get any other hints as to the source of the infection, like
"nsismedia" or "whenu" in a title bar or anything ?
