The method as far as I know is a PC based solution using a Dsat
card which is DVB-S2 compliant and a suitable CAM that can
emulate videoguard and reads a genuine SKY smartcard.
Once you have that you can then simply write the decoded files
in the original transport stream straight to the PC hard drive.

Granted the amount of SKY HD content is small compared
to that sourced from the US and Premiere but it is there.
The most obvious proof is SKY branded film classification
or in the case of SKY1HD the ident.

A few examples currently in the hdtv group.

The Hogfather
SG1
One Good Cop
In Her Shoes (I think this was SKY's)
Hide and Seek

There is plenty more but sometimes you need to delve a little deeper to
know if the H.264 caps come from SKY or Premiere.
