Very odd problem here. I know one of you geniuses has the solution.
Created a DVD of an interview. When played on laptop #1, it plays
slightly but noticeably (especially audio) slow.
Tried on Laptop #2. Also played slow.
Tried laptop #3: played normally.... once. Then began to play slowly.
Rebooted, tried again: still slow.
Rebooted: reburned video to DVD, try again-- still slow.
Tried commerical DVD in laptop #3: it plays slow as well now. (!!)
Checked region setting-- it's 1 (North America, NTSC) as it should be.
Windows shows properties of DVD disk correctly: NTSC, region 1, 4:3,
29.97 fps....
Does anyone have any idea of what is happening?
