I've been curious to try the Oppo w/upconvertor on my Toshiba CRT
RPTV, which is similar in age to yours. I've not, though, because I
only have one digital (DVI) input, and I wanted to reserve that for
future use (e.g. HDCP-protected HD). However what I've read recently
indicates that the older version of HDCP that my set has might be
obsolete, which means I may as well use the DVI for upconverted DVD.
