 The region selection is stored in my Plextor drives, and can be
 changed by user 4 (or 5)  times. I think that is how it normally
 works.
 I don't need _multi_ region but I have a solution for two regions by
 using 2 drives. Both set to each own region.
 (And my bundled version of Power DVD works on both.)
