I purchased a Creative Labs Zen V Plus for my wife so that she can listen to
audiobooks. These are of course large files and we've had a couple
problems.

First, how do I shut the player off so that when I turn it on, it picks up
at the same spot and file? It seems to do this on some occasions and not on
others. I've tried pausing the file first but for some reason that didn't
seem to work. I think my software is up to date. It was loaded within the
past few weeks.

Next, when it's gone back to the beginning of a large file I've needed to
fast forward. Several times it's frozen during the fast forward process and
I've had to stick a paperclip in the reset hole. I don't loose any
information but have to start fast forwarding again. Very frustrating.
