Thanks for your reply Dave. Valuable to hear that the 'Pause live TV'
feature doesn't work for you (so far). I had already downloaded the
manual and that seems to confirm what it says in there. I may be able to
get round the fact that the other DVR I was looking at only has one RGB
SCART by using the S-video connection, so the 'Pause live TV' drawback
may be enough to put me off the Pioneer. I'd be interested to hear of
any other developments when you get further through the manual - if you
think of it please post back here and I'll keep an eye out for it. The
Mrs has put the DVR on the backburner for the moment so I've got more
time for planning!
