Find another ISP. I would never tolerate my ISP doing that to me. I pay them
money for bandwidth, and I damn well expect to be able to use it. I'm with
CenturyTel, and they allow me to max out my bandwidth 24/7. To answer your
question, maybe their IT people know how to detect WinMX packets, but not
Limewire?
