Hi,

does anyone know a tool with which I could measure and record the
incoming DVB-S-signal at my PCI receiver card? (I dream of a program
with similare features as NetStumbler [www.netstumbler.com] provides
for WLANs.)

(I try to find out the reason for short breaks which appear while I
watch TV with my Hauppauge WinTV Nova SE2 card.)
