One of the dozens of problems with posts like this (which includes both
a comment ("He is best ignored") and a response ("He is a burned out
pot-head with only enough brain cells left to function as a 12 year
old")) is that no one has any idea, in either the comment or the
response, just who "he" refers to.

If you are going to get personal ("He is a burned out pot-head"), then
at least get explicitly personal ("M.I.5¾ is a burned out pot-head").

[But the behavior is so juvenile that it really doesn't matter anyway]
