We tried a free trial of BB last year which included online and 2 in-store
rentals.

Of the 9 discs we went through in the trial, 2 were damaged to the point
where they wouldn't play at all. 6 had significant enough scratches that
we had to skip a chapter - we couldn't even view the ending on a few
movies because of this!

Also, being able to rent movies from our local BB wasn't a big advantage as
most of their stuff is checked out anyways.

Netflix's discs have been a lot better.
