Yep. Sounds like an ISP probbo to me, Tom. It's THEM doing it to you. Before
those damn ISP's started shaping their bandwidths and sniffing their packets
( whatever ) WinMX worked perfectly for everybody - no exceptions. Now it's
bandwidth sniffing this, and packet shaping ( whatever ) that, and
everyone's fucked-up. The swines!
