As dadiOH suggested: You could

1. Burn to an audio disc (CD-RW suggested)

2. Rip from that CD and re-encode.


Actually, there is a virtual CD-RW burning software NoteBurner
(http://www.noteburner.com) could simulate the above two steps
automatically and you don't even need any CD-R/RW discs.

Because it is audio converter tools by using virtual CD Burning method,
it should be able to convert iTunes, Napster and protected WMA also.
