It appears that your player can't play MPEG2 Layer 3 files though it can
play MPEG1 Layer 3 files. The solution would be to re-encode the MP3s in
question to MPEG1 Layer 3.

To do so they will have to be resampled to 44.1kHz (they are probably
less, for instance 22.05kHz or 32kHz right now). I recommend dbPowerAmp
or foobar2000 for the job.
