DVD video is already compressed. You *might* be able to save some space by
converting the audio to a lower-bit format like, say, 96kbs MP3. But that
would involve A LOT of steps and a lot of long reprocessing procedures.
It would probably make more sense to rent a laptop with an internal DVD
drive.
