There are numerous transcoders, this is an excellent established tool:

...and it's freeware!
DVB-T is "dumped raw to HDD" and the term used is "repair required"
so as to be a complaint MPEG2 for burning. (It's not actually "repairing"
just making compatible).
Vidomi will produce an exact size copy of original file but now fully
complaint and without sync issues, it also has basic editing facilities.
Depending on PC, it only takes 2mins to transcode 30 mins of footage.
It is open source and free and is continually being developed, but it
dosen't have an intuitive interface, so download and install, then again
visit the above site and read the tutorials etc, there are also forums.
