I had to reformat my pc and had to take winmx off the PC. When I downloaded
it again it would not let me to log on> I went to network and the little
green light is in the middle of the black grid and not logging on. Anyone
have any idea what as gone wrong. I have removed it a few times and up
loaded it but it still will not let me download
