I feel that the artists should get royalties.

I have an issue, however, with the way that internet jukeboxes are
being utilized.

They charge typically 50 cents per play for the library which is
supposedly "on the machine". They charge $1.00 to "download and
play" but then they don't retain the song!

One gets charged $1.00 AGAIN the next time the song is played!

VERY LAME.

What they are doing is capitalizing on the stupidity of bar goers. I
do not include myself among them as the "bar" I go to is a billiard
hall. I go there to play pool.

I buy sodas in bars now, because $5.25 a beer is just plain fucking
ridiculous!

Back when there were 45s in a juke box, or even CDs, the industry
got their money on the sale of the disc. NOW, they ream us for each
play! Beyond lame! I KNOW the artists are not getting any of that.

Ecast the bar owner and the vendor of the machine, and the RIAA gets
it all. Very lame. This whole country has gotten the Billy Gates
Suck-Mo-Cash mentality, and the thing is, they don't deserve a dime of
it most of the time.
