Or, easiest of all, JUST USE ALL2LAME.
All you need to do is install ALL2LAME and then put the LAME and MAC
commandline encoders in its directory. Then you can just fire up
ALL2LAME, drag-and-drop the files you want to convert, choose a
commandline and go!
