I do have a router and have opened the ports. What state are you located
in? Charter may not be the same state to state. I used to use win mx
through my router without issue before win mx went down a few years ago.
Since that time I signed up for charter telephone. Perhaps the telephone
package is what is screwing it all up... I'm about ready to give up.....
