Regardless of what type of dish they are, you'll need
some type of receiver. If you want to connect the feedline
to your computer, you'll need a DVB-S card. This is not a
brand name, it's a type of card.
In order to help you, tell us a little about the dishes.
Can you see any logo on them? Dish 500, Dish 300, DirecTV,
Pegasus, PrimeStar? Or are the dishes large (6 feet in
diameter or more?)? Can you post a digital photo of the
dish(es) in question to this newsgroup? All this information
will help us to tell you what you need to know.
