I have DSL. For whatever reason, the maximum speed that traders can dl
files from me is 16 k/s, even if I set the "Limit outgoing bandwidth" tab
to 20 k/s or higher. I've also put a check mark in the box beside the tab.
Removing the check mark has made no difference. I've downloaded from other
DSL traders at speeds exceeding 20 k/s, so I'm wondering why I can't
reciprocate. Theories?
