Hi

I am a newbie as far as recording on a DVD recorder. I own a Memorex
MDR 2102.
I can record fine 2 or 3 times on the same DVD+R but after that it
won't let me, even if plenty of room is available.
I have recorded 3 x 5mn segments to practice on 3 different DVD+R, so
15 mn is used the rest is available, I recorded in SP.
They play back fine but I have noticed when I bring these DVD+R's
menu, I just see the chapters for what I recorded, the options on the
left are gone (Erase, select, rename, chapter edit, index,
divide,finalize,protect.).
Then I place a new one in there and it records fine again.

I hope someone can shed some light.
