You probably have 256/128 (DL/UL). To get the numbers. keep in mind 128 is
bits, the winMx numbers are bytes, so divide by 8 (128/8=16). You should
limit your upload to about 75% of your capacity (which will speed up your
DLs). For a 128 upload connection, I set to to about 12-13 limit. For 256
UL I set to about 24-24.
If you have others using your network who complain about web pages too slow,
it is probably because your upload allowance needs to be reduced.
