Doesn't look like you got an answer yet, so here's a suggestion:
DVD Decrypter (may be hard to find now, but it's likely out
there somewhere).
It is free.
It reads the content of unencrypted video DVDs (and also some
encrypted).
It has a built in burning engine.
To use it, it is necessary to set up the proper read method
(ISO, I believe) and the same write method.
It also has pretty descent error handling, in the event that
there is any difficulty with your media.
It's not exactly a one-button copier, but surely it's not more
than three?
