Mea Culpa.

I downloaded it and tried it... but I couldn't make the document it created
really work in a slim case.

Seems like for something (5mm?) so narrow, glue or some sort of card is needed.
There's also the fact that the the area in question isn't enclosed and there's
that little ridge between that area and the main display area over on the cover.
