For about nine months user Andypandy constantly connects to me and downloads
the same song time and time again. I put him on ignore for a couple of weeks
at a time and every time I remove him he is back in my queue for the same
song, which he has downloaded from me many, many times.
What is going on?
By the way his shared files never increase from 232 files.
