Exact Audio Copy

The program doesn't want to stay minimized.

I want it to rip while I'm doing something else. Hit the minimize button, it
goes away, then comes back as the active program. After trying to minimize
several times, I can usually get it to go away, but it is damned annoying.
It is the only program that I use that has this odd behavior. Is there
anything I can do to stop it? I am using the latest version.
