VOCs 11.0lbs/gal = 100%
Although not specifically a carcinogen, one of the components, the
stabalizer package, is classified as possibly carcinogenic.
As for the general health and safety guidelines, it sure looks
potentially toxic.
I wouldn't want to get it on my hands or breathe it for very long.
