I have done Canada and Australia on occasion

But other than that it would take to long for me to type.

I started using that on September 11, 2001 as a prayer for the country
at the time it needed strength. And I continue to type it manually
every time I post it so that I'm reminded of why I do it, rather than
making it part of some automatic signoff.
