Whaaat?!? If your Post Office is stealing/opening the mail, report them!
Look on the USPS webiste for a complaint # or call Netflix and tell them of
the situation. Opening someone else's mail is prohibited under federal law.
They could go to jail and/or pay some pretty hefty fines. Plus, doesn't
Netflix cover some loss of product; damage? Or do they charge you the cost
of the DVD if it goes missing or get stolen?
