Basically, Clearpaly cannot decipher many of the disks you get at
Netflix or Blockbuster because DVD replease producers keep changing
the names on the DVDs and Clearplay has no way to address this ever-
changing name-game. Clearplay has no manual match-up algorithm and no
adaptive technology to match the filters.

And letters sent to Clearplay get IGNORED.
