Load the meeting mp3 in MP3DirectCut http://mpesch3.de1.cc/ , use [Special] from the
drop-down menu -> [Auto Cue] -> set a cue every 3:00 minutes -> OK -> [Special] -> [Save
Cue Sheet and Edit with Notepad]: save as .cue file (cue sheets are small text files).
Load the cue sheet in a burning program that can work with it, such as CDRWin
http://www.goldenhawk.com . I think Nero can burn cue sheets too. Burrrn
http://www.burrrn.net/ is free, but in beta and I haven't tested it yet (I'm out of
rewritable CDs).
This way you won't need to split your meeting mp3 into smaller mp3 files, the audio CD you
burn allows skipping every 3 minutes and the meeting can be played without silence breaks
between the 3-minute segments. Remember to burn CD-Text into audio CD whenever possible,
it will make your life easier later.
