I wonder if this type of format will be supported by music player
software for the listening public, or if it's destined to be only used
in and/or reserved for music creation/editing software.
I would guess not, because the creator can simply record both the .mid
and audio parts to mp3's etc for people who just want to listen to it,
but not edit it.
