We are free to buy what we like up to a value of 18UKP. Above that figure we
get hammered for charges. Individual disc titles are pretty much unaffected,
it is boxed sets and combined shipments which suffer the most. The stupidity
is, it costs the UK government much more to collect these charges on small
shipments than it raises in revenue.
