Holy Shit Apple have finally come to the party.

Huge upgrade to FCP (It needed it) multi format timeline, DNxHD like HD
codec call Prorez422, Motion inside FCP. Also External box of
tricks/accelerator for HD capture and playout. Connects via FW800.
Motion has gone all 3d, got itself full paint system, matchmoving tools,
trackers, cameras, 3d particles and lights.
Soundtrack pro now 5.1, loads of nice little features.
Color, formerly known as final touch grading software now included in
Studio.
No upgrades to DVDSP4. shame. Blu Ray specs are still not complete.

Upgrade $499 which ain't bad.

I am only interested in Motion but I reckon Color might be useful so
£350 could be well spent on the upgrade.
