Yes. (Well, it's Nero Express, so I select "DVD-Video Files", which
brings up a window from where I can add the files from a VIDEO_TS
directory.)

Are you sure Nero is recognizing your DVD burner as DL-capable (i.e.
it can hold 8.5GB instead of just 4.7)?
