I don't know of a free program which will convert wma to mp3, but there is a
free service available at:

http://www.zamzar.com/

Although I believe zamzar can convert wma to mp3 for you, I do offer the
caveat that I myself have not done so and I cannot vouch for the quality of
the conversion . . . .
