Hi -

I'm in the USA, and I'm a big fan of Bad Girls ... so much so, that I
bought a world region DVD player, and I've been buying and watching
Bad Girls as fast as possible.

We hit a big snag, however, at Series 5 ... I have now bought THREE
different box sets of Series 5 and EACH ONE has a defective Disc 2 ...
including the one I just received today from www.amazon.co.uk !!!
Argh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The discs either do not load properly at all - and the player finally
gives the message "BAD DISC" or it will load after a long delay, then
begin to play and freeze up every few seconds until it just stops
after a few minutes and will not play.

Is there a known problem with Series 5 Disc 2 ??? I have bought the UK
version of Bad Girls through Series 7 (Series 8 on order as we speak)
and all the other discs seem to load properly (I've tested them all,
believe me).

The US version of Series 1, which I also now own, also loads with no
problem.

Any suggestions ? ... everything is at a standstill ... don't want to
skip these 4 episodes, but it's been a couple weeks ... any ideas as
to where to get a disc that will PLAY ?

I'd go the videotape route, but I can't spring for a European video
player too right now, and I'm not sure how much I'd use it.

I've emailed amazon and shed productions ... waiting for a response,
but curious about whether anyone else has had a problem.
