That's great thanks. Much appreciated. The information seems a touch
too technical for me but I will look again in a few days when I can
give it the time it deserves. The reason I was after a book rather
than a website is so I can read it in bed!

I have seen a dummys book but they have never appealed to me - a lack
of knowledge does not indicate a lack of intelligence (it's just a
coincidence in my case!).
