Then you do not know the rules of these news groups.
As long as they place the prefix of Comm, FS, WTD, etc... in the
subject line then they can post in here or any other news group.
This way usenet posters can delete any posts from withing their news
reader.
Its one of the first posts that were posted in here on what can and can't be
posted.
