I'm looking for a package that satisfies the following criteria:

Runs on XP, win 2000
records to mp3
has wave and mp3 editor (sound effects not necessary)
rips to mp3
burns cds

and, preferably:
has conventional integrated windows interface with familiar windows
components, not one-of-a-kind metal-effect bits and pieces that dock
together
