Like I said, you really need to read more.

It's only that price now thanks to the government suit brought against
the Big Five -- Bertelsmann, Sony, etc. -- who kept prices at $16-20
for almost two decades.

Really, Justin, you need to read more -- much more.

Yes, there are all kinds of motivations.

Personally, it's just too much effort scouring for the right tools,
reading up on latest developments, dodging the cops, etc.

But kudos to them who do. Prices would be what they are, as numerous
examples already cited suggest. Piracy is just a convenient excuse for
keeping them that way.

I don't support piracy of the small houses, who really do have cash
flow concerns.

But the big studios? Please.
